It has been found that online dating has a profound effect on the confidence of young people. The study found that many boys and girls were more concerned about their body shape and self-confidence. Similarly, those who do not use social media were found not to have any major worries.

Research has reported that the high social media users have expressed more concern and dissatisfaction about their bodies. Many research result says-young people who use such social networks have higher levels of anxiety. Some young people suffer from mental imbalances that are now showing signs of depression. Such youths are sad to compare themselves with other youths.
