Keep raw and cooked meat on same plate

It is harmful to keep raw and cooked meat on the same plate or dish. That is, the same plate is used before cooking meat or fish, and the same plate is used after cooking. Such a mistake is made in a hurry or when ignored. This is because raw meat contains some bacteria that can easily spread to cooked meat.

Balanced food

The same diet cannot supply the body with the nutrients it needs. For that, you have to eat different types of food. Elements such as carbohydrates, protein, calcium, iron, fiber, etc. are not obtained from the same food. Some need rice for some nutrients, some need vegetables, some need fruits, some need dry fruits.

Therefore, these foods can be consumed by making a definite schedule throughout the day. It is not necessary to eat rice, fruits, dry fruits, green tea and vegetables at the same time. This amount of food can be included in the daily meal schedule. This kind of balanced diet keeps the body young, healthy and fit.
