because raw meat contains some bacteria that can easily spread to cooked meat.
Balanced food
The same diet cannot

different types of food. Elements such as carbohydrates, protein, calcium,
iron, fiber, etc. are not obtained from the same food. Some need rice for
some nutrients, some need vegetables, some need fruits, some need dry fruits.
