Divide the duration of a day into how happy you are throughout the day? How sad?  How excited? How frustrated? How relieved? How anxious? There The world we live in is the same as we are. If we are rough, if we are bad, the world becomes narrow and uncomfortable for us.

Most of the time we spend doing calculations can be spent in sorrow, anxiety, guilt, despair, sadness. We could hardly be happy for long. While happiness was within us. But we could not wake it up.

Most of us have a laid-back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about a person, his or her caste, religion, class, or color. Many have a tendency to bow down. This kind of discriminatory thinking and behavior eventually makes oneself ugly.  The habit of looking at everyone in a right and balanced way strengthens our personality.

We think that others should agree on what we think or understand. While this kind of thinking can change the way, we look at things. So, you have to listen to others. What do others say? What is the opinion of others? Should be able to accept. When we have a sense of support for everyone. If we are willing to help unselfishly, our friends and loved ones will endure forever. So, how do you get happiness, right?

Our material things and circumstances are also responsible for being happy or unhappy. There are some things we can do to suit ourselves and find inner development.

Some new plan personal development 

We are seeking respect from others. We expect others to treat us with courtesy. But how do we treat others? It is said that we treat others the way we treat them. If we respect others, accept the existence of others, they will treat us with respect accordingly. But, do you ever realize how you self-treat of respect self. The way you respect self, that way people too respect and treat. Personal development is valuing self. The way you value self that way people you. 

Think of something better


Many things are coming to our mind. Good-bad, positive-negative. In the same situation we are in, we also have a variety of ideas. Let's put all these things aside and practice thinking of something good. It makes the mind happy.

Apart from this, other small step can lead you to self-worth. For example, let's read a funny book, watch a good movie, play with flowers in the garden, make a sweet dish, play with children, have a sweet talk with friends. Such things also free us from inner bound.

When we have harmony with all, respect all, love all, treat all equally, our world becomes open and boundless. The environment in which we live is comfortable. Those who rejoice with us in happiness and accompany us in sorrow are satisfied. So, what qualities make us like that? Yeah! its personal development, worthen self, respecting self, feeling the value of own, giving chance to be boundless.
