Suppose you have to live alone in a house or a room. How do you feel about that moment? How will time run?

The answer many gives is, 'Ah, that's not possible.'

People get bored and blank about how to go through the time. Its worse for the people who likes to have outing, roaming with friends, parties, crowd. But not everyone agrees. However, some prefer to be alone. 

Now world is in isolation. Isolation is the only treatment for corona virus infection. It is a process of living apart from other people and objects. Just like our ancestors used to live in solitude now.  That is, if a person lives in solitude by his own will, it is pleasant.

But there is a difference between solitude and loneliness. In solitude we are with ourselves. But people who are not free from the crowd even when they are alone, they lose the opportunity to be alone. People who carry crowds in their minds feel lonely in themselves.

Some people tend to enjoy loneliness. They don’t prefer to be with others. May be some are shy, some don’t like crowd, some don’t feel comfortable with people or may have other reasons.

When we are alone, we are free from unnecessary hustle and bustle, stress, etc. In this case, you can think deeply about anything. The past can be remembered. It is said that keeping distance with friends, not attending parties is beneficial in itself. The study concludes that loneliness increases self-confidence. It is wonderful to be alone. You can focus on yourself. Increases your creative ability. You avoid talking to people and laughing unnecessarily. Enjoy yourself even when you are very lonely. Communicate yourself, Argue with self. Spending time with yourself is beneficial for self. It helps a lot to increase creativity.

But it also seems negative side too may loneliness a sign of anxiety or depression. It has been termed as a terrible disease. Loneliness also weakens our immune system. This puts us at risk of developing antisocial attitudes. The tendency to live alone away from society or family gives less happiness and more sorrow. The more comfortable it is to live in harmony with society, friends and family, the harder it is to live alone.

Sadly, people around the world are becoming increasingly lonely. They need psychological counseling to get rid of loneliness. Some are even seeking treatment.

You have to makes some good friend who can help you out when you are in loneliness. In between, you should spend some time enjoying yourself. You have to focus on yourself. You have to think. This kind of coordination is the best.
