anything. The past can be remembered. It is
said that keeping distance with friends, not attending parties is beneficial in

But
it also seems negative side too may loneliness a sign of anxiety or depression. It has been termed as a terrible disease. Loneliness also weakens our immune system. This
puts us at risk of developing antisocial attitudes. The tendency to live alone away from society or
family gives less happiness and more sorrow. The more comfortable it is to live in harmony
with society, friends and family, the harder it is to live alone.
Sadly, people around the world are becoming increasingly lonely. They need psychological counseling to get rid of loneliness. Some are even seeking treatment.
You have to makes some good friend who can help
you out when you are in loneliness. In between, you should spend some time enjoying
yourself. You have to focus on yourself. You have to think. This kind of coordination is the best.
